Kaliko -> Awareness - He's real...and he's spectacular! (11/20/2012 6:27:07 PM)

It's a few days before Thanksgiving and I'm happy to say that I will be serving Awareness his first Thanksgiving dinner ...in Hawaii.
Awareness and I have been getting to know each other via Skype, email, text, and any other medium that would allow two otherwise logical people to engage in a somewhat illogical relationship. And yet, here we are at the base of a volcano, in the midst of a verdant forest, drinking coffee with Bailey's, and planning which bedroom to mess up next.
For the record, Awareness is surprisingly jovial. He's quick to laugh, and has been since the first time we spoke. Despite what you may believe, putting people at ease is something he's quite good at. As long as...you know...you're not being an idiot.
Okay, so he's in New Zealand and I'm in New Hampshire. Okay, so he and I both were determined to simply not go down the path of a long distance relationship. But I ask you, how was I to resist when many months ago he said "Get your shit together and Skype with me or fuck off?" Honestly, I've been smitten ever since.
And so, here we are planning our next long-awaited and incredibly expensive visit to see each other again. We have another ten days or so in Hawaii. After that...well..."We'll sort it," as he says.
In the meantime, I am so enjoying his tousled brown hair with just the right amount of gray, the perfect way his eyes light up when he knows he's right about something I've tried to prove him wrong on, and the soft chuckle that I hear in my ear when I pull myself closer to him. He's an incredibly opinionated man, which is what makes him so much fun to talk to. And he's got character - deep character - that I find so appealing.
In short, I would highly recommend Awareness to any female submissive who may be looking, were it not for the fact that I currently hold his full attention...and I hope to keep it.
