I wish I had known that a few years ago when I had a spare room to rent.

But seeing as the OP has a 1-bed apartment, I'm guessing he's advertising for a live-in partner/sub?

I know this may not seem like it's a serious question but it really is. I'm incredibly curious about whether this guy is actually going to get some beautiful woman to pay him to fuck her. I have a hard time adding "1 bedroom apartment" with "attractive roommate" and coming up with any other way to look at it. Thoughts? Does this actually happen? (I mean more than the 1 in a zillion long shot).
