Ok, I do have a serious question here.....I have a nice set of 38DDD breasts, and my nipples are small. So, any advice from anyone who has actually suceeded with using suction pumps or anything else to get them larger??

Have the nipples pierced and place nipple extenders in them.

I have known many men will use the small suction cups you get in a snake bite kit to permanently enlarge the nips.

There are also products out there for women with flat and inverted nipples to help draw them out. I don't know how it works long term though. My nipples got much bigger when pumping milk but were back to normal within about a week of stopping.

Do you mean the actual sticky out part or the whole areola? I'm not sure there's a way to make the areola bigger.

Piercing them works - I had mine pierced two weeks ago and they are noticably larger to me.

Most likely it's just swelling from the piercing or they just seem bigger due to the jewelry.

That doesn't work.

Only a sub sucking on your nipples will do the trick.

(I'm only here, selflessly....to help).

However, my employer will require you to go through a 3 hour spelling and grammar test before I can assist.

i've used suction cups a lot, but i've found that any swelling or puffyness goes down again. also have had myself pierced in the nipples several times, but they're still the size they've always been, really. if you do find a way, please let me know! i've always thought puffy nipples were very erotic, would love to get mine like that. good luck!

p.s. i think some people use saline injections for permanent results but i am completely unaware of the health risks of this so i will not recommend that, but maybe it's something you could look into and decide for yourself.

I have absolutely no advice to offer, as I suffer from the opposite problem - how to keep my nipples from showing without wearing a thick padded bra!!!

Like Athena said, there is a difference between big teets and a bigger areola. The fact that the op has mentioned her large breast size and small nipple size would suggest she's asking about the areola and not the teet itself.
Porn stars that have chest enlargements often have around the areola tattooed to make it appear bigger and more natural to the breast size. Some women who have had reconstruction after a mastectomy often have the areola tattooed on.
