I hate to burst the bubbles of those who believe, and the children that have not learned better, BUT, if we take the myth as it stands, then Santa is a criminal.
He has the entire planet wired with mics and cameras to watch everyone EVERYWHERE, doing everything, which makes him a voyeur, a pedophile (he watches kids taking a bath) and probably guilty of child pornography since he has to keep the videos as records of behavior.
He clearly monitors people in the most top secret of areas, therefore he is guilty of espionage.
And for reindeer to move that sleigh with all those toys fast enough to hit every house in one night, they are producing methane by the megaton and therefore are polluters so he is guilty of violating the clean air act.
Then there is his labor force, elves. According to myths all over the world, they were pretty wide spread, now we know of one place where they can be found, how do we know he is not keeping them against their will.
