The most important factor for me, above anything else, is the person it's attached to except for three things: clean, no abnormal growths, and must be circumcised. Just a personal preference. It's what I'm used to, what I know, and what I prefer to look at. After that, my hopes is that it's a Goldilocks. Not too big, not too small, just right. A well-manicured lawn is a benefit.
