i worded the question poorly. Effective for causing the greatest pain or more effective at causing more pain than other methods....

Well, my friend who is an ER nurse said that the guy that shoved fish hooks and paper clips up his urethra that caused a raging infection found it excrutiatingly painful.

I may not be the best person to answer your question. I don't use urethra sounds for torture. I do use them on clip, but I think the word "torture" would be just about the last word used as a descriptor. It is My understanding that they have quite the opposite effect. I'm told it is like a continual orgasm without ejaculating.

Maybe you'll find somebody on the forum who specifically tries to make it an unpleasant experience. I prefer it the other way around.

Some places are best left as masturbation eroticism. Eardrum torture, eye torture, urethra, esophagus or bronchial tube torture, these come to mind. The real torture is dealing with the rest of your life afterwards.
Visit any bladder/kidney infection ward for some reality to go with the wank fantasies that inspired this thread? Friends who work those wards get depressed by the patients leaving in body bags, as opposed to those going out the front door.
