I have seen this movie a thousand times but I think this is the first time I recognized the hazing rituals as being of a bdsm nature.  Anyone else notice this?  What other vanilla movies have hints of these that may not be obvious at first?

McLintock. The old John Wayne western ..... Maureen O'Hara getting a spanking and a scene with 50 people all rolling around together in a giant mudpuddle. WHat more could you ask for.

Its not subtle at all but Keven Costners "bull durham" is great. The whole plot revolves around "training". Forced crossdressing. A couple of real fun bondage scnes. Wonderful!

Only one I can think of is "The Man who Knew Too Little" but it was hardly a hint - (elderly man in a beanie being flogged by an elderly lady in full dominatrix garb) the female lead of the movie runs past and advises the woman on how to hold the flogger better. The male lead mistakes her as an actual evil torturer, her insisting that she and her husband were just having an anniversary celebration. I found this so adorable.
