cayenne pepper is great for tooth pain relief.... hope u r flossing too.... may want to consider using baking soda too to remove plaque build up..safe non toxic options
Levaquin isn't all that effective for sinus infections. And sinus infections can take up to a month of antibiotics to resolve.
I'd suggest seeing an Otolarangologist (Ear Nose Throat specialist) before getting tooth work done. Sinus pressure pushes on the nerves attaching to the teeth and can give toothache symptoms. Tell me about it, I have chemical burns in the left maxillary sinus that makes me so bloody susceptible to sinus infections it is ridiculous.
I actually knew the tooth needed to come out, since I could feel the problems with my tongue.
My sinus infection healed up with no problem, but I am aware that often, it can take a good month of antibiotics to clear them up.
I'm sorry to hear about your susceptibility to sinus infections. That really sucks.

The last time i flew international, i ended up with a major sinus infection - and tooth pain. I saw a doctor, got some decongestants, whined a lot and took antibiotics. Teeth were fine, just refered sinus pain.
Now when i fly, i take an aspirin, afrin, and saline nasal spray and use the saline frequently, to prevent my sinus's drying out and promoting an infection.
