11x10 Room $400.00 Monthly $100.00 Deposit
13x11 Room $500.00 Monthly $100.00 Deposit
Deposits are refundable with 30 days notice and after the room is inspected for damage
Rent may be negotiable depending on the individuals situation
You will have FULL access to everything, this includes

Living Room
Fenced in back yard (Animals are negotiable with extra security deposit on top of regular deposit)
We prefer to only fill one room but both are available under the right circumstances
The house is near BMW
A Background check is required after you meet us before a final rental agreement is made (no cost to you)
