Well, thank you for the kind thoughts. I can't say I've ever felt judged or excluded from the vanilla community. It's kinda like, some people like fish and chips on Friday, some people like to go out for a curry. I've certainly never felt people might 'lead me away' from my own relationship preferences.

As a side note - isn't it quite hard work typing with a capital at the beginning of every word? That seems like a lot of extra keystrokes. Or is there some sort of predictive text thing I don't know about that makes it happen. I understand why people use lazy typing, but why harder typing? Is this a stylistic choice? If so I have to say, it makes you much harder to read, as does the light green on white colour scheme.

I agree. I just don't find myself in an adversarial position to "the vanilla community".

For the record, the only people who have ever tried to "save" Carol from me are BDSM people. And honestly, even that is really, really rare.

Everyone, both vanilla and kinky is unique.  Not everyone kinky has good self esteem and self confidence.  Many, kinky and vanilla, search for those qualities and fail to find them.

But when you give out too much information, that judgment will be fair not unfair. Because you're not allowing them to consent to knowing about this so you got what you deserved, op.

We do need more postive messages like this on this board.It does show that there are some descent people on this site.As for the vanila community,I haven't had had too much of a problem.Every once in awhile theres some smart ass with their their little comments but who cares.Can't please everyone on this planet.Just be happy with who you are and thats important.Am I special because I am into this way of life?No.However,I am quite comfortable in my own skin and I wouldn't deny this part of who I am either.

I agree with charles and cufflinks,Yes her font is annoying,but maybe it is just the way she types. I read her profile and latest journal entry and she has a right to her opinions as we all do,she was only trying to be nice and say kind words,and she has not been back and said anythihng else about things that are being said about her from the mean to the 2 that were nice.I don't think she meant any harm,she just passed on some kind words for everyone.But i can see from all the mean responses you don't like her,but she has not come back here to fight,bitch or compalin about any nasty thing that was said about her,so that tells me she respects your opinion of her and like all of us have a right to our own opinion. and she never has said anything mean or nasty to anyone here,she was just trying to be nice,even though her font is annoying i can read it just fine.i don't have any problem reading it. I am happy to see at least 2 people wrote somethng nice instead of the BASHING she is getting here from alot of people who she has no issues with.I call that UNFAIR! but it is just my own opinion.
