Knees, I think people do exactly that in the professional services section. Also make references to other sites in posts from time to time.

If what you mean is post something that someone wrote on another board, I always feel that wrong without the persmission of the origanal poster. Not sure of actual site rules on this, but since you can't post profiles to denegrate someoneone, I would think doubly no if your intention is to be negative about the post...
