Hello All,

I am new to this lifestyle, although I have been fantasizing about ball busting for a long time. I am finally at a point where I want to go out and try it myself, but before I do so, I have a few questions for people who are experienced in this:

1) Have you encountered any safety risks?
2) Have you ever had to seek medical attention as the result of this?

Any other tips you could share with a new guy would be awesome.

Welcome to the boards, Ryan! Great profile. You're either naturally gifted with what many women dominants would find appealing, or you've been doing your homework over at Ask A Mistress University.

I like that you understand there's a difference between fantasy and potential reality. I think you'll do very well here.

Ballbusting can have serious consequences, and I wouldn't let just any old body kick or punch you there. You are young and may want your family jewels to actually function some day if you want a family. I accomplish the same sensation through use of electro, which does no temporary or permanent damage (though at the time it feels like someone gave you a roundhouse with both barrels). Others should be along shortly to add their experiences.
