If this is just something for an extended scene - a few days maybe - you could look up recipes for home-made emergency rations. In England you can buy army-approved 24-hour ration kits which are pretty balanced and convenient but would be expensive to do every day. In the short term the suggestion of making a hash/stew type meal would work. You could also probably put together some reasonably nutritious home made energy bars or granola if you wanted something that looked more like dog biscuits. That would allow you to act out the fantasy. If you were thinking this is ALL the slave would eat for more than a day or two at a time, then it's probably not possible without missing out some important nutrient. Or rather, it would be possible, but probably very expensive and time consuming to make something completely balanced and as such would defeat the object. You'd probably be best just signing up to one of those plans where they send you balanced ready-cooked meals every month. I can see the fantasy of having doggy-chow type food but in reality I don't think it would actually save them any time. Also if this is a long term 24/7 situation, how demanding are you? I've never not had time to eat because I'm busy serving - in fact, I cook food for him as part of service.
