It wasnt just against the law it was punishable by death. If it was so long ago, why are you celebrating easter today? And trying to deny other beliefs and actual facts of history as whining?

I didn't actually do anything yesterday. Had to work 3-11 and didn't bother. But why wouldn't I celebrate something that is still being celebrated just because it began a long time ago? I never liked Easter ever since I found out that the word shares its root with the female hormone, oestrogen. Eggs. Women's eggs especially. I mean, really, it's a bit yuck, isn't it? I don't think we should have holy days matched up with nasty bodily chemicals and stuff. Yew.

Well, this is a bit off topic for a Pastafarian holiday thread, but whatever I'll bite. Sure if the major events in Christs life just happened to fall on the pagan holidays too popular for the Church to outright ban. Shrug Whatever, It's not like you can blame baby Jesus for being born.
