Not a sissy, but a bit familiar with it, there are all kinds of different types of 'sissies' out there and the level ranges from playful (where it is done in private, and any humuliation is lighthearted, or where the CD is a sissy maid), to more rather severe, where it might include having the sissy go out in in public in kind of outrageous outfits, or for example wearing sandals with a pedicure, all the way up to including lifestyle sissy hood,some mistresses make their sissies do things like take hormones and such to feminize them to some degree (and/or put them in chastity), and cuckolding is not unusual (i.e the wife has boyfriends/bulls, whatever they call it),further humiliating the sissy...but that is pretty far out there.
This is like anything in BD/SM, it is a negotiated thing between yourself and you s....I will warn you that from what I know, a lot of CD sissies think they want to go all the way, they want the humiliation, and the wife humiliating them by having sex with other men, and when it happens, the whole marriage gets blown to hell, either the wife loses respect for the husband or the husband goes off the fails, so if you are thinking of going deep, be careful:). There is a website, www.clubsissy.com, that might give you some ideas. I have posted on there in the past, the site isn't just sissies, there are also sub trans and cd folks on there, and some of the forums are interesting to read, plus I tend to be one of the voices of reason when someone is going off the deep end with things like self med'ing with hormones and such:)
