For 14 years if have kept my hiv status to my self. After the trauma of disclosing this to a person i met here on cm into our communication, I created a profile that made sure i would never have to do this again. I have had more positive responses to the poz profile than any other. I have found how many folks here live under this shadow and do not disclose. I have also found most have said they know how to play safe, or are here if i want to talk. Now there have been some mean, and hurtful remarks, but there is ignorance and ugliness everywhere. I am a mental health counselor, and could diagnose these folks, but I would then need to bill them.

My purpose in this post is to find a link or forum to assist those have a poz status or care about those who do, in dealing with these issues and in making these connections. Yes there are sites of those that are poz, but it is all the walk on the beach shit. They just do not talk kink. Come on. Thousands of poz people and no one wanting to spank me or feel my hot wet mouth.

I am open to any suggestions, questions, or contacts here or on my profile. Those in the lifestyle know what it is like to live in the shadows, this should be the place where status does not need to be a secret.

I am hoping to have some comments and contact,

pet

Also the one I to whom it disclosed, told me that i am his perfect playmate and he is not opting out. He lives out of state, and will be a part time Daddy, so am still looking.

I for one applaud your courage. I took the same approach here with my hsv status, for obvious reasons. I'd rather screen out the types that are likely to ditch me once the truth comes out. I am happy to say however, that there have been some really lovely Doms that have responded if not with interest, with respect and encouragement.

I'd love it if some sort of thread or section of the site made finding others who have similar circumstances available.

In either case however, hats off to you for standing with courage and putting your true self out there.

I don't think I can actually be of any help here, but good on you Pozpet, that really takes balls.
