My job involves a mix of editorial work and project management. Everyone--boss, colleagues, me--agrees that I rock at the former. The magazine I edit looks and reads better than it ever has in its 40-year history (he says modestly). But . . . I'm not as adept at the project/time management facet of my work, and I'm tired of running late and feeling overwhelmed. Anyone have any favorite books, DVDs, or other resources you can recommend as I bolster this part of my skill set? Many thanks!
