A couple of years ago a Domme girl friend of mine used to apply deep heat cream to the head of my penis. This really had me begging and bucking against my restraints. She did this quite a number of times. Since then the head of my penis has become numb and I have been told the deep heat cream was probably reponsible and can damage nerves. Does anyone know of this? It certainly has spoilt lifes pleasures for me and I am seriously seeking needle play on my penis head as a replacement to lost sensations.

Rather than seek medical assistance to see what might have happened to your poor little penis, you wish to possibly risk further damage and just keep going for that sensation? Well, that is the brightest thing I have heard all day or... a cry for finding a needle in a haystack. If you were really concerned about the lack of sensitivity, you wouldn't be so glib about it all.

Hey, if you have low sensitivity, I think driving needles and nails into it will really help repair that old nerve damage from the cream. Maybe mashing it with a hammer? Or have it bifurcated so the good nerves that were inside are now outside . . . yeah, that'll do it. A bifurcated penis is all the rage in NYC nowadays, go fer it dude! The person who told me the cream caused nerve damage was a very experienced non-pro Domme. She was very knowledgable in most BDSM areas so I tended to believe her. I did take Mister Dick to a doc but he came accross as quite hostile when I described the lack of sensation so I didnt have the nerve to ask if Domme applying gream might have caused it. He simply gave me some ointment which made no difference. I was serious about the needle play. I have received pins thru my unpierced nipples and having them in the penis head seems a natural progression. I also would mean that I would feel something down there and give a high point for the session. And I would like to thnk those who gave me serious replies.

Your main question was can the cream damage penis nerves, but then you went into how you've been thinking about needles to obtain sensation - kind of hard to take your first question seriously when you, yourself, do not seem too serious about knowing the answer. You seem more focused on your 'pleasure' than your health. You then state a trusted Domme told you that it is possible - if you trust her so much, why are you asking a forum? I'm not a medical doctor, and even if I were, I still wouldn't be able to tell you what's going on down there. Permanent loss of sensation isn't currently listed as a side effect (from what I can see) and even if it were, does not automatically mean that's the cause of your problem. The best thing to do would find a different doctor. One that makes you feel comfortable enough to ask your question.

This is fucking entertainment (priceless). What exactly was this mystery heat cream? Was it a commercial product? Did she slide in any of her own additives or make this from scratch? If you dick head went numb and damaged after this was used on you. Then the most likely explanation is... is the heat cream. It's really that simple. You should find out exactly WTF she used and what was in it.
