Definitely not a good choice for a moderate voice.
The Pubs have spent the past 20 years painting themselves into an ultra right-wing corner that's going to take them another 20 years to get out of. But where do they go? As I see it, their only option to avoid becoming ever more ignored is to draw lines between their economic and social goals then only talk about their economic goals...which is what Cuccinelli seems to be doing. The problem with that is that nobody trusts their economic plans either because they can't seem to reign in the corporations that pushed for things like deregulation and now seem to be exploiting it to the disadvantage of the American worker.
I think they've fucked themselves good.
