Has anyone read this sprawling, gothic novel about spooky goings-on in Princeton back in 1905? If so, is it worth slogging through? Her carelessness with historical details is starting to irk me.

I loved it but I can understand why her tendency to play fast and loose with historical accuracy might be annoying. Try to read it with a bit of a suspension of belief and it might be better for you. Muwah!
