Backwards panties. It's not painful or gruesome, to be sure, but it's weird and will remind ya that they are on backwards all the time. I believe in punishments which fit the crime and backwards panties suck even worse than wearing panties at all!

Pour it all into one big jug (doesn't matter what the liquids are or if they go together) and that can be her 'go to' drink until it's all gone. If the mixture is too toxic to drink, see if you can dilute it and use it for enemas.

Ideally, the punishments will work the first time to correct the behavior. I consider what I wrote as one shots.. punishments which fit the crime, are realistic to implement, easy to remember and not very enjoyable.
Feel free to add 'beat the bloody fuck outta her' for the painful/gruesome aspect to go along with any of what I've come up with .. and if you use any of these, you should have her send me a thank you card for my support of A Better World through Better Submission! [:D][:D]
