I have been trying for sometime now to find someone to train me. I'm to the point that I'm willing to find a man to train me. Every person I find tells me to read something or join this site or that site. I'm on so many I've become a personals add whore! And every time I open a new one I have to start over and hear a brand new, “Go read something.” I just want to learn, meet people where I live, and get some training… maybe even find what I’m looking for. It’s easier to get drugs than a Mistress, not that I do any drugs. Can any one help this lonely switch that just needs a good flogging? I’m 20 and live in Seattle Washington and I do know about the wetspot I just can’t go because of my work.

The best learning experience is talking to people at gatherings often called “munches”. Find one in your area. (Google Cincinnati + Munch, of course, change the Cincy part if not appropriate.)

Otherwise, if you are too shy or lazy or whatever, this board is not a bad place to LEARN. (Your profile is your personal add, OK?)

It sounds like you're just wanting to play. Someone on these boards keeps telling people to hire a pro. Ever thought of doing that? To find out what you like and dislike?
I'd also go to munches. From there you get invited to parties where you can meet more people to play with. You more than likely won't have to pay them.

If you're wanting a serious relationship I would read. If not...why bother?
Find a mentor at a munch or someplace. Someone you already like, or at the very least someone whose views you will respect. Let them guide you for a while. THat way you don't get hurt.

I have always believed that the responsiblity lay specifically with each individual person.. There are alot of groups, communites and functions that are specifically designed for a submissive person.. find them take advantage... I am familiar with several ladies in the washington area and they are lovely open willing women.. Find a D/s group and petition one who takes your interest.. who shares similar interests. All she can do is say no.. waiting to be found ends up with alot of waiting and doing nothing.. You could sk for periods of service .. with no expectation of reciprocation. Generally most Mistress are willing to teach, mentor or advise those boys who approach them with a serious willing and open spirit.

As Gloria reminded me I usually tell new male subs to hire a pro to get a "pu-pu platter" and find out your likes and dislikes. (I assume, Gloria, that you are as tired of reading that as I am of typing it.

) Be warned, however, she is doing you a favor. Don't piss her off by assuming she's a prostitute.

Be aware this is not a good long-term fix.

My suggestion is for you to join a local munch group. you will be able to meet people in your locality, talk with submissives and Dominants alike and have interaction. By joining a local munch group, you can feel out the people and learn about your comfort levels, at least your initial comfort level and begin to explore going deeper. Yes yes yes, I am sending you to a site... either google or yahoo a search for your city, bdsm and munch.

You are still very young, be patient. I am from Issaquah and want so badly to go to the wetspot, but couldn't with my former Master, and hubby has no interest in it. Have you been to their website:wetspot, check the calendar, you might find a bdsm session or an instructional session a time you can go. Good luck with it.

Well this site has quite a few munches and organizations contact info listed for Washington as well as the Seattle area:

BDSM - the Scene near YOU

I suggest looking up a few of the Seattle munches and then either writing using the emails listed or read the sites that are provided.

Going to a munch will put you in touch with the locals near you. They will be *in the know* about all the private parties and playspaces where you can explore in relative privacy in that it isn't open to the *general* public.

Try it. *smile* The only one stopping you at this point is yourself, so go have some fun!

i don't know about some people, but i know if you meet a regular Woman not into bdsm, you can get here to turn, if you slowly start to take care of somethings, that She usually does Her self.
like washing Her back giving Her foot massages and back ones also. ask Her if there is a specific time She would like to have these things done~

I just wanted to thank every one... This is the first time any one has told me how to find a munch not just to go to one. I've looked into paying someone but the best I was told was $100 an hour... and I can't pay seeing as I'm trying to get a bike. But thank you very much I'm going to check those sites now, will keep you posted.
