ShaharThorne -> Like hell I will think of you... (7/3/2013 3:13:09 AM)

Just got a message, a slave looking for a live-in situation.

Sorry, but the gray walls show that it is a prison and so does the t-shirt and shaved head...

DesFIP -> RE: Like hell I will think of you... (7/3/2013 7:38:31 AM)

Tell him since he's already caged all the time, he has what he's looking for and should stay there.

Rule -> RE: Like hell I will think of you... (7/3/2013 9:12:20 AM)

So? When he has done his time, he has done his time and in theory his slate is clean.

If he interests you, learn to know him and then decide. If he does not interest you, wish him better luck elsewhere.

Doesn't posting about it draw your mind back to what you don't want to think about?

Please do not think of a polar bear with ice blue eyes.

And for the first time in my life, I agree with Rule.

Prison time can come for all sorts of reasons. I know a handful of wonderful people who fucked up, did their time, straightened out their lives, and are productive members of society and in wonderful relationships.

You get to choose, of course. But I'd not be so quick to assume blanket judgment.

ShaharThorne -> RE: Like hell I will think of you... (7/4/2013 12:31:12 PM)

Personal experience...my second ex claimed that he cleaned up his act, that he was a changed man.

I got the ruined credit rating, he stayed on his meth...

Musicmystery -> RE: Like hell I will think of you... (7/4/2013 2:35:07 PM)

Staying clear of meth addicts is prudent behavior. Not the same position as your OP.

DesFIP -> RE: Like hell I will think of you... (7/4/2013 5:35:39 PM)

Recidivism rarely leads to model behavior upon release. An 18 or 20 year old in for a few months is one thing. But the odds are against anyone who has been in for multiple years having changed markedly.

Wow you made a lot of assumptions really fast.

Read the stats.

It could be a military barracks. The grey walls, tshirt and shaved head sounds more like military to me from my experience with the military. It just doesn't sound like a prison to me.

ShaharThorne -> RE: Like hell I will think of you... (7/5/2013 3:54:23 PM)

I am former military...we had brown t-shirts, better to blend in with the camo. White stands out too much.

Most cons, when their families refuse to let them back in the household will try to find someone to take them in. Once bitten, twice shy...

Even within stats are exceptions to the "rule"...

depending on your rank or type of job you do, your tshirts could be grey. Not all wear khaki or brown or green.
