Hi everyone

I am wondering about uploading an audio greeting on this website

I go through the steps and then it doesn't get put on my profile.
Then it just gives me an option to rerecord and nothing else.

I would appreciate any advice please?

I've asked about this, VAA is getting back to us, so just hold the line please. Lol.
