Something I've been curious about; are there some doms that prefer or otherwise indifferent to having a taller sub (either gender, identify which in your response)?

I'm tall myself (6'+) and most of my early and present fantasies involved a shorter dom that owned me - picture an accountant / librarian type with strong hands and excellent rigging skills, lol (sorry for the stereotype). I was wondering if others (in this case doms) have similar fantasies and/or preferences involving (vertical) size.

It's not a huge factor. My sub is two inches taller than me, for example.

There are no physical traits that aren't somebody's preference. And this one doesn't even strike me as one that's likely to be particularly rare.

It's right there in the Official Domly Dom's Handbook; Article 47, Rule 353, Sub-Paragraph 18, "True Doms will only choose submissives who are not less than six centimeters shorter than They are. Any self proclaimed "Dom" engaging in BDSM with a submissive who is less than six centimeters shorter than She, or, God forbid taller, is an obvious Fake."

"Prefer"? No! Reject one for being taller? No!

I've often lamented on these boards that they don't yet have fem/sub vending machines where you select preferred physical attributes. 'Cause I'd probably go straight for a petite, natural redhead about 6" shorter than me.... But real life says I've never even dated such a creature.

I like to be dominant in all ways, not just "roles".... So yes, taller is one of those ways; I like towering over my girl. I like her looking up etc. Now I'd still be taller than you (I'm 6'2") but then heels would be a small problem cos I like my girl in (sensible) heels.

But ultimately, I've yet to meet a "perfect match" or know anyone who has. Every single relationship has compromises, that we all learn to settle for some small thing or other.... Your height will most likely be an issue if you make it one. Have you dated shorter men or do you specifically seek those taller?

I'm very short for a bloke. Average height for women in the US is what? 5'6''? Being this height means growing to accept your short stature. I've often dated women 6+ inches taller than me.. before heels.

Do I fetishize "tall" women? I don't objectify tall women as sexy because they are tall. Truthfully, I do that with short women. 4'10'' but fully proportional... That's like a My Sized Barbie. I need a solid 180 seconds to remind myself she's actually still a person with wants and dreams because all I can think about is fitting her into a suitcase.

Would you really want that? Someone who can't look past your height to see the real you?
