Ok PROOF this time.

PROOF of judicial corruption

PROOF of the endemic cancer plaguing this country.

PROOF why everything must go through a "fully empowered" jury, another ignored right in the federal constitution.

PROOF why not only criminal but ANY cause of action (including jwalking), leveled against one of the people by government or one of its agencies/quasi-agencies et al, CIVIL OR CRIMINAL should require grand jury indictment, another ignored right in the federal constitution.

PROOF why your right to exercise your religion, another disregarded right enumerated in the federal constitution, is so imperative to be enforced.

After a series of FBI raids on Sept. 21, 2011, Castille quickly removed Sullivan as the top administrative judge, though he continues to hear cases. The chief justice placed Common Pleas Court Gary Glazer, a former federal prosecutor, in charge to implement reforms.

In an unrelated episode, Singletary quit the bench after he was accused of showing cellphone photograph of his genitals to a court secretary.

In September, the U.S. attorney charged Mulgrew with siphoning money from state grants to civic groups. Mulgrew was suspended, leaving the seven-member court with three serving judges.

"But yet I stand before you guilty for being the 'kids-for-cash' judge when the allegation was never presented by the government to the jury," Ciavarella said.

Under subsequent questioning by U.S. District Judge Edwin M. Kosik about a special state commission's report that he failed to properly inform juveniles of their right to counsel, imprisoned them on minor charges and instituted policies that inflated detention rates, Ciavarella denied the commission's conclusions and those of the state Supreme Court, which vacated thousands of his juvenile court rulings.

"My courtroom was not run any different than other juvenile courtrooms in Northeastern Pennsylvania," Ciavarella maintained. "It was run as a treatment court. It was run to help children...

"I never violated any children's Constitutional rights."

and by the way the courts are operated today with all the narrow slices they took out of the constitution he most likely has standing on that point.

Its the whole damn system from the beat officer all the way to the supreme court.

This is Just one drop in the bucket of the systematic cancer that has become our legal system. It not limited to kids, its top to bottom corruption in favor of state.
When you review his arguments you see why its nearly impossible to stop the corruption.

There is your top to bottom land of RICO, errm I mean free

That actually happened here in Luzerne County. I've been hearing about this since before I moved here. The judge is a scumbag.

I've heard about this case. Glad justice appears to have been served here. Not sure how you can extrapolate that corruption is endemic.

Justice has not been served and wont be served until we have root system changes in favor of the people, and the individual, NOT the People and their Democracy.

The fact is he is only one cell in the body.

its systemic, has been, is, and continues to be epidemic in proportion, and its through out the whole US legal system top to bottom, regarding all cases, not only where government is involved.

Dont get me wrong, the more educated people can get on their rights the faster these top courts will spin this around because not only do they not wish to be hung, they want to keep their job as well.

Building walls and roadblocks to prevent the people from becoming involved in government is no longer working for either the courts or the government.

You have the courts as part of government, its RICO on its face and in your face, but people have this orwellian idea that is not a collusive biased system. Hell they even admit it and people still ignore those facts.

Yes it is 4th stage 2 weeks to live cancer.

Show me in the constitution where you cannot sell children into prison, facts, evidence, not some dee doo deedoo shit.

Termyn8or -> RE: US Judge Gets 28 Years for “Selling” Kids to Private Prisons (7/23/2013 12:18:15 PM)

Simple Ron.

There is a voting age, not an age of gaining Constitutional rights. I there was Wade would have never had a case before the supreme court.

Not that it matters.

you know what ron you are absolutely correct!

It does not say "children shall not be sold" and it does not say that "children shall not be put in prison".

Have you considered teaching con law?

mnottertail -> RE: US Judge Gets 28 Years for “Selling” Kids to Private Prisons (7/24/2013 7:06:03 AM)

Yes, because so many shithouse lawyers need it. They say the stupidest shit.

What a completely idiotic statement! At first blush, I'll take "13th amendment for inability to sell ANY human being, Alex"

Now, we do have provisions for people to be indicted, charged, tried, convicted and SENT to prison where they can be "treated like slaves" (although we tend to coddle them, anymore) but, you're just not allowed to sell human beings (Or, I know where I'd place a few "FOR SALE" signs)

so I extrapolated it by showing you all several links where a professor at law and once attorney general was thrown in jail for trying to do something about the corruption.

what surprises me is that second only to attorneys, the bar, and those who would buy them off, here are the root causes of all the problems in this country and it generated so little interest.

As we and those in high places can plainly see, "This is not a government "OF" the people", or the people would have never allowed this to happen much less continue to let it happen even though here it is in their faces.

I am sure that I am not the only one taking notes of the silence.

However you know the old saying......

If you shit in your bed you get to sleep in it.

what if we sold the services of people instead?

Does that not effectively do an end-run around the slavery issue since we are not "directly" selling the body or putting chains on anyone?

I think that is the substantial basis and argument that judge is using in his defense, that it is not a direct sale therefore its "legal".

By "taking their freedom" we're not selling their services; we're selling them .

I agree that we can each make a decision for ourselves to sell our services and that is excluded by the very nature of it being a personal choice.

It's why I think whores aught to be allowed to ply their trade.

The sentence doesn't seem severe enough, for the abuse of power here, but if they put him in a maximum security general population, it may all work out as it should for this vile fuck.

I heard about this case when it first broke. The sad thing is, a few years from now, the majority of people won't see anything wrong with what this judge has been doing.

On a somewhat related note: A few days ago, a few colleagues and I were talking about the constant cuts to social services. We hypothesized these cuts won't last. These kinds of cuts are not sustainable. However, our hypothesis went, no increases will be seen in social services, especially mental health care, until such a time when all mentally ill people are once again institutionalized. But the new institutions won't be state-run as they once were, they will be privately owned and operated (like so many of our prisons). And it won't be just the severely mentally ill placed in these institutions; it will be anybody who refuses to conform, who behaves the least of "odd" who will be subject to admission to this inpatient care for profit. And the right wing will no longer care how much social services costs the tax payer.

Why is anyone shocked? The system is there to make money off of crime.

I would imagine a for-profit mental institution would be more motivated to "treat" a patient until their insurance ran out. Then it's back on the streets with them, unless they could find a way to get it paid for by the state or federal government.

Termyn8or -> RE: US Judge Gets 28 Years for “Selling” Kids to Private Prisons (7/27/2013 1:16:54 AM)

In Ohio we had this governor named Voinovich. (nice eastern bloc name eh ?) He was tough on crime. Oh boy we gonna clean up the streets and make the world safe for whatever. He would sign almost anyhting with a mandatory sentence and wanted to see stiffer pnalties for everything.

Well a little bit of research shows that the Voinovich family is into building prisons. (even when alot of them were not yet private, like thirty years ago)

Now if anyone insists on a link I am going to find out where you live and put fifty pounds of cat shit in your car. Get your own links. you got the name and a computer.
