please describe why you voted that way you did. (feel free to embellish-)

I LOVE watching Binx getting loopy from a mere pinch. We are going to have to get her "stoned" in order to move her to the new apartment.

I voted yes because I don't think it's harmful. I don't give it to Viktor because it makes him more hyper than I care to deal with.

FR

What the hell else are you gonna do with it?

They put it in a lot of cat toys. Viktor loves those. I just don't want him eating it.

I also have catnip spray, which I spray on his scratching post to divert him from scratching the couch.

A good organic cat nip (preferably freshly harvested) and be put in a tea ball and steeped into a relaxing tea.

My father's cat loves getting a new catnip mouse. He gets more active, batting it around. Running after it. It's not like you can get an older cat to use a treadmill.

I had bought some potent ones for her- she went wild- but I seen part of her I did not like- so needing that.

Then a neighbor brought over another type- and it went over well- and not the fry her brain type the other stuff does.

theshytype -> RE: Should cats be allowed to have cat nip? (8/3/2013 12:09:32 AM)

I say let the kitties have their cat nip!

I love seeing that exact moment when it kicks in, right before they start racing all over the place attacking everything.

I don't see why not. They enjoy it and I have not heard of it being harmful to cats.
