Personally for me, foul mouths are a turn-off in all people.

And I know Master doesn't find it all that attractive either in a woman. If I was cursing all the time I have a feeling that would be changing right quick and he never would have been interested in me in the first place.

Now that's not to say we don't curse...we do but it's not all the time and it's usually only when we want to put emphasis on something.

I just find people who need to curse all the time to be crude and low class.

Is your attraction level (and feelings of dominant or submissive desire, moreso) impacted by a woman's use of foul language (in casual situations, pre-play, NOT while doing S&M).

Like a woman that casual says, "That fuckin' sucks," or "Those bitches...."

What is your first impression? For example, do submissive men find this kind of bitchy sounding woman to be potentially dominant when she's freely using unrefined language? Or does it seem she may be more sexually outgoing?

I'm a sub male, and I am not particularly impressed by foul language. You may have noticed that I almost never use it in any of my posts.

I guess I'm an old-fashioned southern gentleman at heart. I still say "Yes Ma'am" to vanilla women as a show of respect. And I get offended when people cuss like sailors in front of women and children. To me, it's akin to how some of you kinksters get offended when your fellow BDSMers exposed the not consenting public to their kink. Well I don't think the non-consenting public needs to be exposed to relentless cussing in a public setting. But like I said, I'm a bit old-fashioned.

Within a BDSM context, cussing doesn't impress me. In fact, I find women who think that cussing makes them sound "more dominant" to be laughable. And I take particular offense at the Dommes who say things like "Worship me you useless bitches. You're not worthy to eat the shit that comes out of my fucking ass!" IMO, that's doesn't make them sound dominant. It makes them sound like a silly caricature.

I will admit that within a sexual context, a little cussing can be erotic. When we're naked and I'm positioned behind her doggy style, there is nothing sexier than when a woman turns her head around, looks me in the eyes, and says "Fuck me. Fuck the shit out of me!"

A lot of this involves the context for me. Even how the words are phrased in sentences. It's actually ironic but a lot of this reflects a mindset and personality of somebody. I've known people which swore a lot which never got on my nerves once. However, I've also known some which I simply wanted to tell them to shut the hell up.

I don't know, I've also known some people which changed out swear words with some extremely polite words...that equally cranked on my nerves. Where words like "Quaint" or "Nice" ended up getting on my nerves. So... context of what is being said matters to me a lot.

I swear like a sailor, joyfully.

I don't mind a woman doing it, as long as it's at an appropriate time, but it doesn't have anything to do with turn ons or turn offs.

there is never a bad time to swear. when i'm sworn in as pope i'm going to give a profanity laced tirade that would make the late earl weaver blush.

Pope Splatterpunk.

I'm looking forward to that. I hope I can get a couple passes, close to the stage.

Hmm...

I personally don't swear, and I find swearing at a casual level makes me feel uncomfortable. But occasionally a situation deserves it ;)

katisaprincess -> RE: Women that use foul language - turn on or turn off? (8/5/2013 12:44:18 AM)

I swear all the time, but I am a crude and low class person. I'm not here to entertain you. If it bothers you, you can just go on with your life and you and I don't have to interact. Everyone wins. It's not like I scream when I talk.

It disgusts me when people swear excessively -- as in repeating the same swear word in the same sentence multiple times. It sounds like you're in middle school, bro. Knock that shit off.

For dominant men, does it strike a chord that maybe she's a "dirty girl"?

Or taking all BDSM out of the equation, does a woman with a foul mouth turn you off? Oh - here is a good example. Like the way Deborah Morgan talks in Dexter. Like a foul mouthed woman who is totally integrating curse words into her language.

Akasha

Dumb question:

Women (like Men) are different.

A woman who swears....could be the tats, could be the chenille, could be the truck, could be the Lexus, could be the smile, could be the snarl.

Could be the eyes....(it's always the eyes)....

It's always the gawdamned eyes....

Fucking gawdamned eyes.....

There it is.

It's all about timing...as it would be with a man...
