Since you've just started the Topamax, give it a good 6 to 12 weeks before you decide it's not for you.
Topamax and other similar meds have side-effects that often disappear within a few weeks of starting the medication.

How frequent were your migraines?
You might just want to switch to some of the newer agents (that dissolve under the tongue or are injectable) to abort a migraine if you are lucky enough to have an aura before the full migraine kicks in.

And yes, there are drugs that jump start female libido.
A popular item now with the ladies who lunch crowd (read as "ladies who botox") are the subcutaneous pellets of testosterone that are slowly released for 3 to 6 months post implantation.

A female friend who is a physician is getting that regularly, and tells me that she can jump start a vibrator. She is also getting divorced, so there are consequences to modulation of lust.

The place to find such goodies are at the "Wellness" health clinics/Rejuvenation clinics.
YMMV.

My migraines were 9 - 12 a month but responded well to triptans and lessened with birth control but it's time to stop birth control.

I tried depakote first - total nightmare.

After topamax I'm going to try botox.

Not having any bad side effects with topamax other than being a little tired, but I might just be overworked.

I'm giving it a couple months to see if I like it or not. Who knows :) I just know I am HELLA KINKY lately. No complaints there.

i dont really think there is a pill but there are poppers and a substance called tina, its referred as blown clouds. it also makes you open minded in ways you never thought possible. zi wouldnt recommend it. its an addictive substanse. and normallly not recommened anywhere for that matter
