Hope this provides some insight, TheShadows Great post, and totally agreed. I've found one dynamic where this works for Me, but the helpful element is that we both seem to identify as sadomasochists at heart. A give-and-take isn't difficult when there is mutual respect, open communication, and empathy acting as a foundation to guide similar interests and the shared desire to explore same together. That said, I've only found this once. If the chemistry is right and you both want it enough, why can't it work? ;) Best, ~Thea

Or was/is she...oh, crap, forget it...this is making my head spin. It is amusing in a trivial, reality-tv kinda way, though.

It works well for us in all ways and we have been together for 30 years not in the life style for any where near that time but over those years we have got to know each others quirks and kinks rather well. In times with a Sub each of us has our own specialitys and are able to begin some form of paly while the other is able to help and take part in it but always leting the stater keep the main focus on their special way of bringing to an end,or if so desired change the direction so we can both be completly involved in ecvery way useing our own tallents to reach the final goal. From it as well one of us is able to sit and just enjoy the other in action and still get the pleasure of seeing it finish to its end glory. From being able to do things this way we both are able to talk after and make sugestions on what may have happend if such and such was done other than what ever was so that idea may be used at some other time also.
