Now, with another election coming up, what are they doing? Are they learning? Are they paying attention to the American public and doing what Republicans are supposed to do and get off the back of law abiding citizens and cut spending? No, they're spending a third of their time making 'gestures' by proposing unpassable legislation. They're spending a third if their time sucking the cocks of their corporate masters. They're spending the other third of their time cutting each other's throats for transgressions real and imagined. Bottom line, the dumbasses are gonna lose again because they just don't get it and the Dems are going to drag the country farther to the left because they can.

You make a presumption that a bad candidate is the reason republicans lost. Is it not at least possible, do you think, that the electoral process is now so rigged that it might be impossible for any republican candidate to win? For example - it is difficult to imagine any republican winning in california, new york, illinois, hawaii - thats is more than half way to victory.

But in case fact mean anything to you - take a look at the CRS report on Obamacare - which documents that - even excludig areas of republican obstruction, that the administration has succeeded in less than half the tasks mandated by their own law.

6 out of the last 12 elections, California voted Republican. Bush won both elections despite losing California. Hawaii carries only 4 votes... Illinois carries 11 http://www.100bestwebsites.org/alt/evmaps/electoral-maps.htm Its not difficult to imagine a republican winning despite how those states have voted in the past.

No, I make the presumption that a mediocre candidate combined with bad strategy combined with allowing the Bible Beaters on the fringe dictate your agenda so that Leviticus is more important than fixing the economy, establishing energy independence and putting Americans to work is what reason they lost. The hell of it is that with a decent strategy and a mediocre candidate, the Republicans would have won by a landslide.
