Anytime you hear "IBM" (or fill-in-the-blank) is in negotiations with "the govt" I know it's bad for us.
And whenever you hear the phrase "Govt. and Business partnering together" it's like a red flag or claxon alarm!
You *know* that The People are about to get screwed!

Unfortunately, the R side is losing a hell of a negotiator. You also have to look at it this way. he will probably make more $ and will definitely have more time with his daughter.
