London is riddled with kinky folks. What have you tried so far? Have you been to munches, clubs and events? Have you made friends with lots of people so that they think of inviting you to private parties? Have you reached out to people who interest you here?

If you are using this site to try and find people, your profile could be polished up. You don't even use full sentences, it's not clear what you are looking for except spanking (is this a one off? Regular sessions? Pro-arrangement? Long term relationship? Live in?), your photo is blurry (took me a minute to even work out what I was looking at) and it tells me nothing about you other than you're kinky. I already know you're kinky, because you are here.
