So, I have seem to have hit a bit of a hard streak lately. I have found a certain lack of interested partners, and I cannot help but wonder if the reason is my profile. It is always a good idea to get outside advice, and indeed advice from those I aim to impress. Any constructive ideas would be greatly appreciated

It's kind of flowery and verbose without really saying much about you. (except that I think you are an idealist)

I think you should put more of yourself and your personality in there. Your likes/dislikes (not kink, just life in general) what you know and care about, etc. Why should I want to get to know your fabulous self?

Maybe try to think of it as a conversation. What questions would I ask of you if we were to meet? How would you answer them? What would you like to know about someone, and what (besides a hot picture) would compel you to want to get to know them better?

Also, there are a lot of sub males around here, so you have to be proactive if you want to get to know people.

Thank you very much for the advice. I updated a bit with a few of my interests, such as cooking and my musical inclinations. I am still working on the other parts, trying to decide how to best present myself.

FYI your modified profile comes across quite well, but then I happen to prefer romantic & idealistic, more cerebrally-inclined guys (the sort who can quote Shelley off the top of his head). Being talented is always a bonus.

I do have to comment on your profile pic. I realize this is meaningful to you, but is it possible for you to have a photo taken of you wearing sunglasses, turned slightly sideways, and retain your anonymity? You could wear a fedora with your face angled downward, have a peek of your hair showing. I say this because your face mask might be off-putting, at least for me it is. (I also dislike hoods. I do like to put a blindfold eye mask on my partner, but not for any prolonged period of time.) Not only that, on first impression it conveys the image of a mature D-type, whereas you are a youthful sub in your mid-20s. Well, think it over, if nothing else.

I started to read blushes post and I thought what is she talking about. A little more reading revealed you had already changed it. I don't have a Domme perspective, but I liked it just the same. Welcome!

I'm going to say change the weird colour combination you've got going on. I found it hard on the eyes and I didn't even want to read your whole profile to the end (I did, but I didn't enjoy it). The text portion is fine, but yeah, the only impression I have after leaving your profile is "fuck those colours were awful" and I didn't retain much about what you said.
