Status: offline 		No. I am saying that i met someone and he promised to be a friend, and he told me it was ok i was safe let him know me, and i told him i need help exercising and he began promising all this stuff, stuff that i have wanted for so long, so very very long an that i couldn't find even though i looked hard n i can't have anyway cuz no dom i know wants to dom me for no sex in return, but he's not a dom, and he dun want sex, he just wants friendship, in the guise of just good friendship mind you i don't want sex or anything in return i am just a good guy, and i have wanted someone to show an interest in me and help me out with my esteme and he started doing this, all the while grooming me to leave james and i wanted it to bad i ignored a few creepy things about him, and he kept reeling me in n reeling me in, and being sweeter an sweeter but also a lil creepier, an i knew he was trying to poach meand then when i put my foot down and enforced my boundaries, cuz he tried to molest me, he got mad and mean and he told me well wht ever i was just a sex bitch he never wanted to be my friend he said all that stuff cuz he has no respect for me. and he told me he had never planned to honor my boundaries and he had planned on having sex with me whether i said no or not




My new therapist, she does a lot of work with people who have inner children, and SHE, not some creepoid who talks good game, but only wantes sex, she said she would be the one to teach me to love and care for myself, and to fix my picker and be healthy and not be so desperate for what a good meal the other was talking i let them hurt me.

Status: offline 		i;ve only known her a short time but i already feel like we have known each other forever cuz she has the same bright happy personality, and i have already opened up to her more than i ever did misty, and i trusted her with information sooner than i have ever trusted a therapist. I feel drawn to her , drawn to work with her, and i know she'd prolly be very benifitial cuz i mentioned sand art an she said we could try sand art, and lots of positive stuff.


And she remembered my stuffed toy's name after only meeting him once:P

Status: offline 		I'm happy for you that you seem to have found a therapist that fits you.

Since everyone's skin is different and acne has different causes, I can only tell you what has helped me.

When I was younger, I NEVER had acne so getting it as an adult was upsetting.
The only way I have kept mine under control is:
Regular exercise
A LOT of water
Cleaner diet
Wash face morning & night with a gentle cleanser (Neutrogena Fresh Foaming Cleanser)
Consistency

And, because I exercise daily at night, I shower every night before bed which includes washing my hair.
If I deviate at all from this routine too long (I think a week or two), it comes back in full force.
Sheets get changed at least once a week.

If you're not washing your hair but once every two weeks, it could very well be contributing to your acne.
If you don't want to change this habit, maybe changing your pillow case more often and keeping your hair away from your face (pulled back) at night - not sure how long your hair is.
Either way, washing your face morning and night may help.

Stick to something for a while. You're most likely not going to notice a difference after a few days, maybe not even after a few weeks.

Status: offline 		For me, I use St. Ives apricot scrub on my face when I get up, wash sheets weekly and use Simple when washing off the make-up. I am also prone to MRSA infections on my bum and thighs so I use dial soap (the anti-bactericidal one).

St Ives is my favorite of the grocery store brands. But I can only use the scrub about once a week or it irritates my skin.

Status: offline 		Tie your hair up at night, with a wig cap or scarf. Also if you aren't allergic, give yourself a toothpaste facial every other day.

Make sure to wash your pillowcase, and sheets regularly!!

Common sense simple things? Well the shower daily seems like a no brainer but washing your hair every day can be harmful depending on your hair. You tend to strip out all the natural oils that way. Washing the pillow cases 3 times a week? Well I suppose if you had shitloads of laundry, you could pull it off. Otherwise you are just wasting water. As to the toner, all that would do for me is cause more skin problems. If someone is having acne problems the last thing they should do is cake more crap on it.

Ya, this seems excessive to me too. I wash mine about weekly in the summer and less in the winter.
