my dominant bf has a VERY large cock, and loves anal more than anything. My only problem with this is that no matter how cleaned out I think I am, inevitably I end up shitting. Since the rectum is about 5 inches long I think most average-sized penises would pass the rectum and enter the colon. If there's no fecal matter in your colon it shouldn't cause unpleasant urges at inconvenient times. Try giving yourself an enema first. Make that part of play to add to the fun.

We all want to be clean clean clean when we know we are going to partake in the act of anal sex but it is important to know that frequent enemas will eventually lead to complications. Eventually Your bowels will stop working on their own and over time they wont work at all and you will require more and more enemas just to have a single bowel movement. Anal sex is great fun but to be safe either deal with the messiness or keep it special by limiting it to once a week or even less, if you must use enemas. Laxatives have the same harmful effects.
No proper Dom would wish his sub to risk her colon health this way and if he expects it, move on because he really dont care about your well being.

FOR THE MASTERS:
Stool from the colon can get messy during anal sex WHEN THE COLON IS FULL. No not just near the rectum but FULL ALL OVER FROM BEGINNING TO END. Whether or not passing stool is "difficult" or when it is not very often passed (less than 1 per day) the colon could be FULL. When the abdomen is full with stool, it is passed only when the bacteria in and around the rectum are so dynamic that they soften it enough to pass - ususally in the morning after the stool has been softened all night.
Then in the morning the final "push" is given by a stimulant - either nicotine after breakfast (to antagonize/create stomach acid) or caffeine (to stimulate the adrenal glands and push the "reset" button).

This is BAD in the long run. Chronic constipation has many symptoms because bacteria give off different toxins when they are forced to work all night on food that has been left to ferment, made rancid and putrefied and then pushed out by something external (stimulants) rather than something internal (colon space between meals. strong non-hypoglycemic muscles and a rectum that remains elastic.

Enemas will help but will not solve the FULL COLON problem - the kind that leads to bloating, burping, flatulence and bleeding.

When one snacks or constantly eats between meals (some have a really sugar weak pancreas) the strong peristaltic (BLD - breakfast lunch dinner) waves get confused and the little weak snack waves interfere with the larger, stronger waves from the more fibrous meals (bolus): hence constipation (=1 BM daily) and stool that responds more to gravity, bacterial breakdown and softening and external stimulation - than an actual internal muscular move (peristalsis) - to press out.

So even an enema won't always work. Because the next movement is right behind the last few snacks! No space in between the large meals. No space to fuck anally without a mess. If there is no "fasting" (time-space) between the three large meals (BLD) - that problem will occur and re-occur. Best not to eat between meals - for a lot of good reasons. But anal sex with my girl would be highest on my list lol
