NASA figured that one out years ago. From the description therein, folks here may be up for a go with this contraption. "...Restraining devices are provided so you don't drift off at an untoward moment..." Sorry, but there are no pictures, but maybe that's a good thing.

I would imagine not. NASA had a bunch of headaches when it came to figuring out how to do it. It's one thing to go around the planet a couple times-diapers are all you need-but once it starts going into days and weeks, the "right stuff" needed a more viable solution. And odors and aromas are another major issue inside a sealed vehicle. After a while, that pretty smell can start to get cloying, and opening the window is not an option. Well, actually it is, just not a good one.
