What fucking moronic nonsense. Americans love the ACA.

This from a guy who calls other people divorced-from-reality dimwits. When you make shit up like this, are you aware that you're doing it? Or do you just assume that any idea that pops into your head must be true because of the pristine perfection of your mind?

Poll: Obamacare remains highly unpopular as implementation looms

A large number of Americans continue to adamantly oppose the nation’s new health-care law and believe it will produce damaging results, according to a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll.

Forty-four percent of respondents call the health-care law a bad idea, while 31 percent believe it's a good idea -- virtually unchanged from July's NBC/WSJ survey. By a 45 percent to 23 percent margin, Americans say it will have a negative impact on the country's health-care system rather than a positive one.

CNN Poll: Majority of Americans Oppose Obamacare

A majority of Americans oppose the healthcare legislative centerpiece of Barack Obama’s presidency...

Fifty-four percent of those polled oppose Obamacare, while 43 percent of those polled say they support the law as it stands. Both numbers are relatively unchanged since the bill was passed in 2010. Of those polled, 35 percent say the policy is too liberal while 16 percent say it’s not liberal enough.

As the Washington Post (that notorious right-wing rag) notes...

the health-care law continues to suffer from relatively low public support ~The Fact Checker

Didn't the fact someone else pointed out the fact these claims were not true sink in?
http://www.collarchat.com/fb.asp?m=4561803

And by the way the exchanges have been open a week and somewhere between 500k and 1 million people have signed up, based on best available data. So that strikes me as not a program failing nor one hated by most Americans.

Also back to you and the whiny dimwitted Congress woman whining about a law not being implemented literally overnight, have you come up with something besides lies, bullshit and running away? Maybe an admission of how utterly wrong you were?

Like you, they were wrong. In fact, I posted the same link in the post you think you're refuting. The quoted article actually found that, "the health-care law continues to suffer from relatively low public support."

Didn't that sink in?

So you posted the link that shows your claims to be a lie and you continued on? Why?

Also back to you and the whiny dimwitted Congress woman whining about a law not being implemented literally overnight, have you come up with something besides lies, bullshit and running away? Maybe an admission of how utterly wrong you were?

You claimed that Americans love the ACA. I posted polls showing that the majority do not support it. You sought to refute that by directing me to a link (quoted in my post) which found that support for the ACA among Americans was low. And you're calling me a liar?

You are lying when you say I made any claims, other than the one spelled out above.
All I did was ask if you had fallen for the hoax, a simple question that you still haven't mustered what it takes to answer forthrightly.

Prove that the photograph I posted of the WWII veterans group on Monday freely entering the memorial is a 'distortion'... otherwise your denial is as impotent as the UmbrellaGate hoax, the Muslim Museum hoax, the birther hoax, and the 'Obama made a 'Kill Whitey' video' hoax.

No, EdBowie, the hoax is the claims and distortions you are making about the topic.

This is what happens when people decide that the cute little joke they saw from a facebook friend, got in a mass-email from a political hack club, or heard from a panelist on MSNBC is going to cut it in a forum where real people, of real opposing viewpoints will call bullshit on it, and them.

Have a nice day.

LOLOL... LOLOL .

500K - 1,000,000 eh?

Really Ken? Did you get a FOIA request in to get that information cuz, you know not even the Obama administration has that. You're making things up again.

Lets see.. 7K in california. 7 in kentucky. 0 in kansas. 7 in louisiana. 372 in maryland.... 1100 in connecticut... 9500 in the 34 states that have a federal exchance...

Common core strikes again. 24,000 <<<<<<< 1,000,000

And for the record.. even 1000000 signups would be a dismal failure, no where near the 24 million kaiser was proclaiming would sign up. And no where near to support the benefits. As expected the young invincibles are voting with their feet.

But why should now be any differnt.

Because I have no idea what fucking "hoax" you were, or are, talking about. It's a childish game you wish to play. It failed. Give it up.

In answer to what must obviously be your next question though, yes, I am still beating my wife.

Your psychic powers to predict future questions are no more impressive than your inability to answer the current one..

The assertion was made that on Tuesday the 1st, President Obama personally ordered impassible barricades/locked fences erected around the WWII Memorial, and deployed armed personnel to use force to stop a group of veterans from visiting.

I asked if you were talking about that specific allegation in your posts, or about some other incident where the name of the President and impassible 'Barrycades' were deployed on Tuesday.

And you've wasted several posts full of impotent ad hominem debate tactics rather than answer that simple (and un-loaded) question.

Ah. Was that so hard? I never heard that story until your synopsis, but I'd have thought it sounded like bullshit if I had.

The unembellished facts of the matter in these closings are more than sufficient for me to see it as our President behaving like a spoiled bitch.

You put up questionable polls from before the exchanges went live. Now the exchanges are live and have been swamped by people trying to get insurance. Seems pretty clear to me. What that makes you is fairly obvious.

You are the one who made shit up. I posted a story that could not have been about a letter dated Oct. 4 because it was clearly based on comments made on Oct. 3rd about events on Oct 1st. You simply tried to make it about a letter I never mentioned and never used as a source.

So back to the subject why did you and the whiny dimwitted Congresswoman whine about the DoD not implementing a new law literally overnight?

No, that the Office of Management and Budget (an office that answers directly too the President) did.

I will also add that its my opinion that political pressure from the Obama Administration is being placed on the politically appointed leadership within the OMB and Parks Department.

Unless you are having an Illegal Alien rally on the National Mall.

I've been very kind to you, responding over and over again to your pleas for another beating. But your unquenchable greediness is exhausting my patience. If you want more, go make up some shit to somebody else. Push it a little if you have to, call them a liar. Assuming they don't just laugh, maybe you'll get lucky.

Bloomberg News

"A U.S. Default Seen as Catastrophe Dwarfing Lehman’s Fall"

"Anyone who remembers the collapse of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. little more than five years ago knows what a global financial disaster is. A U.S. government default, just weeks away if Congress fails to raise the debt ceiling as it now threatens to do, will be an economic calamity like none the world has ever seen.

Failure by the world’s largest borrower to pay its debt -- unprecedented in modern history -- will devastate stock markets from Brazil to Zurich, halt a $5 trillion lending mechanism for investors who rely on Treasuries, blow up borrowing costs for billions of people and companies, ravage the dollar and throw the U.S. and world economies into a recession that probably would become a depression. Among the dozens of money managers, economists, bankers, traders and former government officials interviewed for this story, few view a U.S. default as anything but a financial apocalypse.

The $12 trillion of outstanding government debt is 23 times the $517 billion Lehman owed when it filed for bankruptcy on Sept. 15, 2008. As politicians butt heads over raising the debt ceiling, executives from Berkshire Hathaway Inc.’s Warren Buffett to Goldman Sachs Group Inc.’s Lloyd C. Blankfein have warned that going over the edge would be catastrophic."

Your thread petered out, so now you're trying to piggyback this onto this one? Heh. Okay, I'll play.
