Using the unpopularity of the Affordable health Care act as just cause, according to a Pentagon source, President Obama is going to use USC 50, chapter 13 to declare a state of emergency by stating the majority of states are in a state of insurrection.
Please read this, I am laughing too hard to cut and paste.
Now, not wanting to be left out, I have beach front property in eastern California (well it will be when the pacific plate moves further north in a few million years) that I am willing to sell cheap. It is absolutely useless in the advent of a civil war.
