Or Homicide life on the Streets, or The X-files, or...

Munch is retiring.

If you ever get the chance to see Richard Belzer do standup go. The man is incredibly funny. And it is too bad about him leaving SVU, I've enjoyed watching the Munch character since Homicide, wonder if Netflix has it on DVD...

SVU. Heh.

I am such a great super domly dom that my slave told me to never watch SVU again. When I met her she had twin six-year old daughters. I had never been in a relationship where there were children involved and I was a bit paranoid.

Well, I say a bit, but I was balls to the wall paranoid. I thought that children were as easy to break as bone china. I was constantly worried about breaking them.

So one day there was an SVU marathon on A&E. Also I was drinking. Just to make matters worse, I have extremely realistic dreams.

So I'm drinking, watching all these stories about hurting little girls and then I fall asleep. I woke up in an absolute panic and had to call my slave just to make sure that the girls were OK.

That was at about 3:00 AM on a school night. The end result was that my slave forbid me from ever watching that show again. I have since stopped drinking and I now have a sleep regimen that prevents the awful dreams. I still don't watch SVU though. Shows where they portray kids getting hurt still makes me a little bit, um, shooty.

I think they gave him a solid (albeit brief) sendoff.

I agree the send off was nice.

Munch was my favorite. I'm very sad to see him leave.
