Pixies, do you two want to borrow the room I booked ? [8D] To no one in particular. As to sources, I have quoted statements from the authorities in the local new media, both print and TV stations. I dont see how you can get better than that for now. I That isnt biased, it isnt anti-gun and it isnt inflammatory rhetoric, therefore I take it at face value. I will be very surprised if this doesnt get turned over on appeal.

THe links are there, the quotes from the guy rutherford, to sampson, to the local media calling it SCs own SYG law, (also known as) PPP or castle doctrine, there was plenty of information, yet the neglect to find any relative links to back up claims , the whole farce has been one excuse after the other. justice does not seem to be done for the victim.will it ever.... I doubt it in SC.

I doubt it in SC. SYG and castle doctrine are not the same thing, castle doctrine removes the responsibility to retreat on your own property. SYG removes that responsibility when off your property, they are related but not the same.

So post any inflammatory rhetoric I made, I will then give you think links i got it from.

But he didn't, he shot at a car with someone in it and he was probably very unlucky to kill Scott however he was still shooting at someone and that is not an accident, that is deliberate

This maybe a little off topic but a new FBI report violent crime going back up. In 2012 it was a small increase but some are saying a larger increase will show for 2013. Of the 5 most dangerous states, South Carolina is #5. Seems all Stand Your Ground law is not working. http://homes.yahoo.com/news/the-most-dangerous-states-in-america-180105347.html

You may have noticed that much of the anti gun mob is over there condemning her as a menace to society, endangering everyone in town.

Well, maybe. This depends on all those facts that still aren't really clear. If Scott shot at the SUV and missed, and then the bullet hit the driver of the Honda, then a case could be made for Involuntary Manslaughter. (If the judge hadn't ruled as he did of course.) But if he aimed and fired at the Honda, then it's Manslaughter or Murder.
