What should you do when someone messages you with some halfway detailed information about you and claims to know you and your Dom, yet refuses to say who they are, and orders you around like it's a game to them and treat you as if you're their sub?

Block and delete

If he really is threatening you, forward to support and also print out in case you want to take it to the police. Blackmail is illegal.

I would show the messages, but I don't want to get into trouble for including names.

Please don't show the messages. Either delete them and block the person. Or report it. Really simple here.

Most "private" web traffic can be traced to a IP address with a warrant. And IP's can be traced to locations. So don't delete those messages as they're evidence.
Report it to CM/Police so they can preserve/track the forensic trail of the messages back to the senders computer.

If the information mentioned comes off stuff stored or started on your computers. Get both you and your Doms computers imaged/checked for RATS

1) Forward the messages to support.
2) Block them.

Use the Report feature on the messages, block the sender, and, if threats are being made, contact Support. http://www.collarme.com/personals/support.htm
