This is pretty spooky. Follow along, if your brain is working..... While there are dozens of articles on this already. This one was kind of amusing:
Nas Hacks Google / Yahoo

Keep in mind while unconstitutional. All of the illegal actions of the NSA/US IC have been justified by laws, bills or executive orders on the books. Or they have used linguistic contortions - Secret definitions & interpretations of specific words ("collections"/"target"). The problem is constitutional permissibility trumps those bills every time and secret courts meeting without public advocates are constitutionally irrelevant. However, it is hard to convince judges working for the government of this.

But here with this....... It is criminal, there is no authority for any agency to violate the law in this manner. FISA, AUMF, NDAA, Patriot Act, Executive Orders - nothing remotely grants the NSA the authority or power to do this. These are criminal actions. Google/Yahoo's reaction will be interesting. Thus far there has been very little. Which to me is a bit confusing? This is the largest type of attack (of this nature) we know of. They should be concerned, taking some action........

In 2010 Google requested the help of the NSA. It was under attack, it was a 'cyber war'. The public was told it was China.

When FOIA was requested on that case. The most infamous Glamor response in our history was returned:
"By letter dated March 10, the NSA acknowledged receipt of EPIC's FOIA Request and granted EPIC's request for a fee waiver. The NSA's letter invoked FOIA exemption b(3) and Section 6 of the National Security Agency Act in order to issue a Glomar response. A Glomar response is the Agency's act of neither confirming nor denying the existence of Agency records responsive to the Request."
Here is a bit of Background:
Background

It is speculated at this time, when NSA worked with Google is when they determined the best method/strategy to 'attack' Google. A few have suggested it was not China but a "red team" / SCS/ TAO type which initiated the attacks and blamed China to gain access to google. This also increased the public's fear of China & Attacks from china.

Happy Halloween
