I didn't bother to watch the video. I just want you to realize that BDSM porn is often not compatible with real life. I too have no intention of clicking that link, but I can tell you that any "brutalizing" on the delicate tissues of the throat sufficient to impede speech for a day will take much longer to heal, and in fact may require surgical intervention. The only suggestion I could give to you is to perform this on yourself and see what the effects are. Just one good one to the epiglottis should prove enlightening to you. Do tell us what the results were, okay?

My question to you, the OP is how much of anatomy and physiology do you comprehend? A cock is much softer than a dildo and more flexible as well. If she has a hidden medical condition like esophageal varicies you could actually kill her, not to mention the high risk of aspiration pneumonia. Not only are we a part of a BDSM website, but many of the respondants have been doing this for as long as you've been alive. They actually have real life experience, not just fapping to a movie.

OP, the point is while there are activities that those of the opposite gender just can't experience and therefore evaluate for themselves (for me, CBT comes to mind lol), what you are interested in is not one of them. The earlier advice of attempting it on yourself, while not a perfect recreation of what you want to do with/to her, will at least give you a rough approximation and some personal insight before you attempt it on another.
