Your dr does not give two sh*ts about your anal obsession, unless it's causing a medical problem. Spare her.

Which reminds me of the funniest thing I heard today from a UC human sexuality teacher: the girlfriend of one of the students can only get off during sex by shoving the bald head of a Ken doll up her bum during the act.
