I agree with what AthenaSurrenders said. Ask her. Talk to her. But don't be an ass. Be respectful. You'd either have to accept that she would just want friendship, and leave it at that; or she might want more too, but is too afraid, nervous to say anything. I wish you luck.

I'm astounded at the amount of psychics and mind readers on the forums. Y'all gather from his couple of sentences, and his SENSE that she wants just friendship, that you can see what's in HER mind. Y'all are acting no better than the patrons that refused to tip the server, because they ASSUMED she was gay.

People are trying to answer the op's question based on very little information. Considering he said "But I sense that she sees me as a "Friend"." I don't see it as a stretch for people to assume he is right. Comparing them to a bigot is a bit of a stretch.

Well for you who wonder, I am not in the Friend Zone any more. I don't Kiss and Tell other to say, that She was everything I dreamed of and more!

I can guess. You made it clear how you felt (as to fucking about with trying to work out how to magically make her like you) and she felt the same way.

There's a lesson there.

:) happy ending to a thread :)
I have to admit tho there is nothing I hate more than a guy moaning because he is in the 'friend zone' If you act like someones friend in the hopes they will fall into bed with you you are lying to them, and no point being mad because they see you acting as a friend and take you at your word so to speak and treat you like a friend
It is possible for a man and a woman to be friends
If you want to be thought of as more than a friend you have to present yourself as more than a friend

anyhoo - yeah to the OP!

You know something? You can make this work.

Go to events with her - munches, etc. Having you alongside her will make her much less likely to be approached by creeps. And the women there will see you as someone who can hold a friendship with a woman. You'll be viewed by the women there as being worth more if you've got a woman at your side, even if it's platonic. So you'll have a greater chance of getting another, more available woman.

Here is a man who understands women!
Steven - spot on as always.

I haven't read other comments...

Why would you do anything but be yourself? You are only emotionally self-sufficient if you can handle being yourself and accepting that some people will like that and others will not. Regardless of their opinions, you cannot change for anyone but yourself. So, are you a Gentleman or a Son of a Bitch?
