ORIGINAL: cariad any suggestions? ok now this is going to sound funny, weird or strange, but she has even tried deep throating a banana and finds she still gags on that....so trying to practice using a banana to deep throat is out. Mmm no it isn't. There's nothing wrong with gagging, it's perfectly natural, and before you can get rid of it you have to accept it. So go back to the banana, it's an excellent tool here. What I'm guessing is happening is that when you feel yourself starting to gag, you panic, 'freak out' and lose it. The trick is just to calm down, realise that the gagging is natural, let yourself gag a little, and back off a little, then try again. Wash, rinse, repeat. Repeat a lot. This is a physical skill, and like any physical skill, the key is LOTS of practice. When you get to the point where you can gag yourself repeatedly, without panic, that's a breakthrough. From there, you can start working with the gag reflex and learning how to control it. With practice, you'll probably get to the point where you can avoid gagging - and then learn to go ahead and gag anyway, at the right moments. Those little spasms can feel quite delicious, and a good gag at just the right moment can have incredible effects. Good luck
