Let me feel the heat of a bonfire
show me how to dance under the moonlight
teach me what it's like to free my desires
take me to a river and let me swim
let me spend a day under the warm sun
to sing a happy tune i have long forgotten
allow me to roll around on the green grass
to play a silly game of hide and seek
let me be little girl again to dream
take me to a hill and let me breathe
take the fresh air into my lungs and smile
allow my inhibitions to run wild
not care who is watching what they think
let me take a stroll down a garden path
smell the freshness of the pretty flowers
let me laugh until my belly aches
allow me to sit on a roof top and watch the stars
stare at the moon and escape all troubles
take me to a fair on a summer's night
give me cotton candy, blue and pink
let me ride a roller coaster and watch me scream
raising my arms feeling a rush i've never felt
take me to a cabin when it snows
i want to make angels and snowmen
show me what its like to feel the cold
wrap me in a blanket and keep me warm
take me in your arms and to your bed
show me what it's like to be in love
let me moan and groan and feel your lust
allow me to feel the pleasures of this world
embrace me tightly and never let go
show me the wonders i have within
let me feel the life i have not lived
