Hi

I am a mother of two daughters and a sub. Female Ejaculation was never an issue for me, came rather naturally... seemed rather normal before kids. Now three years later after kids I have noticed a drastic change. I am able to gush quite a puddle and I have also noticed that, around week three of my menstrual cycles this ejaculation will build and build and build...when we get busy with life and kids are not giving us enough time to perform a proper session this build up can make me very sick in the stomach, cramped and feeling just offal until I am able to 'Release' it.

Anyone else get this?

I think you will find that the skene glands don't hold fluid. When you are turned on the glands fill up and sometimes disperse into the urethra. If they don't disperse the body re-absorbes the fluid and the glands flatten out again. Your sexual appetite can build up but the fluid in your glands can't. There's lots of them but they are actually very tiny.

If your skene glands are retaining fluid and the body isn't re-absorbing it, the chances of you getting an infection is fairly high.

It sounds like a medical problem and I would advise you to see a doctor.

Your problem definitely sounds like a medical condition, and I hope you were able to get it resolved. If not, may I suggest that you not use tampons. I used to have a friend who got toxic shock syndrome from always using them during her period for over 20 years (other than sparingly during exercise and while swimming) instead of sanitary pads.

Fluid retention can exacerbate whatever is causing your symptoms. You are far too young to be peri-menopausal. Hopefully you can get back to being able to enjoy squirting again with your husband.

Since it's the third week of your cycle, I suspect it's something more to do with ovulation/ovaries/PMS/possibly endometriosis or some other disorder rather than just your glands filling up with ejaculate. Our bodies change drastically after having kids, it's part of our "reward" for having them, lol.

I would suggest getting a pap and asking your doctor to check your hormone levels.

Have you tried masturbating? Male prostrates are also tons of spongy sacks. Fluid buildup is bad if not released regularly and can get uncomfortable. Just guessing but try it.
