Actually it's written. I just don't think I am going to post it. I think their is a more polite and respectful way to reply to the soon to be dead guy. My original reply starts with, "I wasn't being rude. If I had been rude and picking on you, you would have known it because you'd be so embarrassed, you would have done more than just hide your profile"
Seriously, some poor old guy who's top selling relationship feature is that he'll be dead soon and you can have his house is sad. He has it bad enough without my layering more on top of that. Hell, no one should die alone. If I lived in BFE like in the photo of his place, I would be desperate to get someone to come stay with me too. It's not like he lives in the city and can wave and say high to the neighbors when he walks out to get the mail or the paper. He has no one to chat over the fence with, no neighbors to socialize with.
So to the OP, with the same degree of honesty he had when he said this was intentionally word game, I apologize for appearing rude. If I had truly meant to direct rudeness at him, I wouldn't have just pointed out the funny shit in his profile. I would have jeered him and his position in life that lead to posting desperate personals ads and making a blundering entrance to the forums with a bad pick up line. I don't blame him for back peddling or hiding. Sincerely, I feel sad for him. He has my empathy not my wrath.
